Acceptance of terms
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date. It is strictly first in first served. If you have not paid within 24 hours your date will become available to other customers.A 20% refundable bond is required.
If the equipment is returned in good condition, the bond will be refunded within 3 working days after your event.
If the equipment has been returned with minor wear and tear with evidence of prohibited items, your bond will not be returned.
If the equipment has suffered permanent damage, you will be liable for full repair or replacement cost.
The bond and outstanding balance must be paid 3 days before your booking. you will get a friendly reminder the day before including the bank details.
We highly recommend an indoor space for setup, our equipment can get damaged in the sun and its also safer for the children to be out of the suns harmful rays.
If the play set is being set up outside we recommend it to be in a shaded part of the section, we also prefer the setup to be on a hard surface like a deck or a driveway.
We can set up on grass but the grass must be freshly mowed and to be flat. it is hard for our foam mats to stay together if the ground is uneven.
All balls must be in the ball pit upon collection
Please do not use any chemicals on our equipment.
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.PLEASE ENQUIRE First before booking your package, we need to check your date is available.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free within a 15km radius of our Mayhem HQ in Bethlehem TaurangaAny fees after that will be charged at a rate of $1.50 per km or otherwise agreed upon the two parties.
We only deliver to Bay of Plenty Region New Zealand
Returns - Cancellation
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If you would like to change your booking date a 20% fee of your total invoice will apply. We will not provide refunds but are happy to accomodate another date within 12 months of the booking.
Liability Limitation
Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. The conditions, warranties and guarantees set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or otherwise implied by statute or common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.We will always endeavour to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.
To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
